With a keen interest in health and nutrition, I’ve interviewed business owners, from medical doctors to holistic practitioners, and published hundreds of online and print articles. The love of this content and wanting to help others navigate its complexities also led to launching my wellness blog, Badass + Healthy.
In addition to a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from New York University, I’ve completed continuing-education courses in various topics, including Introduction to Physiology from Duke University and Introduction to Nutrition from Georgia State University. I also am a Certified Ayurvedic Health Coach, Reflexologist, Reiki II practitioner…knowledge that provides benefits to both my family and writing.
