The client process is turnkey (so you can go about your business):

  • Introductory Call

    We’ll start with an approximately 15-minute intro call where we’ll briefly talk through what you need for your brand/company. If it’s a good fit, within 48 hours, Karina will send a quote plus client agreement via email for review, and plan to regroup once those are approved.

  • Client Interview

    Next, we’ll meet again over the phone or Zoom for an in-depth “client interview.” This is a deep dive where we’ll talk about the company, its audience and much more, as well as project details. Basically, I’ll ask a lot of questions. You should come prepared with notes and any background information to share.

  • How I Work

    Depending on the project, you’ll likely only hear from me if additional questions arise after the client interview, otherwise you can be hands-off until first drafts are completed. For ongoing retainer clients, I’ll work with you on prioritizing monthly tasks and set up a regular touch-base call to stay in sync.
