Copywriting and Content Strategy for Keune North America

Message Sprout served as a key marketing team member for the growing North American arm of Holland-based global haircare company Keune Haircosmetics. We consulted on content strategy, creating content processes and organizational strategy for Keune Marketing to maintain flow and hit deadlines, as well as editorial calendars for the main Keune Education blog and an extensive overarching marketing content calendar, bridging all monthly initiatives, from advertising to product promotions. We also provided copywriting and editing for marketing and promotional channels including email newsletters, brand brochures, blogs, website content, press releases, internal memos and more. We were charged with developing and helping to keep the Keune brand voice consistent across  B2B and consumer-facing content. In addition, we provided monthly Google Analytics for the Keune blog, which boosted SEO and became a huge organic traffic driver to the site.
